Here, as a rule, the use of optimized wire cross-sections results in better thermal behavior as well as higher efficiency thanks to lower internal resistance and optimized no-load current.
To exploit the full potential of these motors, we recommend the use of a thermocouple in the winding. This allows constant control of the winding temperature and exploitation of the power potential without unknowingly running the risk of exceeding limit parameters during operation.
